What is the Enneagram?

The enneagram, at its simplest, is a personality type indicator, representing nine unique points of view (types) and three centers of intelligence (head, heart and body/gut) that underlie the nine types.

But the enneagram is anything but simple, as it’s really a map of how humans naturally are and have been… for multiple millennia! Offering nuance and subtlety, the enneagram reveals how you perceive, think, and feel about the world, as well as the ways you experience challenges and setbacks (aka your “blind spots”).

To be honest, the enneagram is a complex system for understanding us humans. But we’re complex beings, so let’s work with information that meets and honors that complexity.

As part of our work together, you will learn about yourself through this particular lens and discover strategies for how to use the information it reveals.
