Coaching Intensive

The Coaching Intensive is designed for targeted work in a specific area. When you are confident and certain about your focus but not sure how to reach it, the Coaching Intensive is the right choice.

  • Small Business & Practice Development: You’ve chosen a self-employment providing services to others, but do you know how to build your practice? It’s not enough to be good at what you do – you have to effectively differentiate yourself from the many other practitioners in your field. In this intensive, you will identify your niche, learn how to talk about your services and discover how to effectively network. Most importantly, you will bring all of you to your work, quirks included, because it's who you are that makes you the best at what you do.
  • Right Livelihood: Did you choose your career or did you somehow end up there with no real sense of how or why? Sometimes it's necessary to step back and re-evaluate your career path and your working life. This package provides clients the opportunity to identify what they really want to do, no matter where they've spent their career. Whether you're ready to make a change or change is happening to you, knowing your inherent motivations and aptitudes will point you in the right direction as you choose a new career path. Discover what matters most to you and learn how to achieve it regularly.

General Areas of Focus:

  • Examination of values and beliefs: true satisfaction occurs when your deepest values are met on an everyday basis. 
  • Discovery and Implementation of your unique talents and abilities
  • Assessment of current skills, with eye toward future application
  • Review of personal and professional cycles that impact work and life
  • Identification of positive and negative motivations in the following areas: leadership, communication, social interaction and work style, plus much more (See Appraisal for more details)
  • Application of practical, tangible strategies for moving forward

Structure:

  • Eight 1-1/2-hour coaching sessions (in person or on the phone), tailored to each client's needs
  • Personal Potential Appraisal System review
    (1-1/2 hour review with audio recording)
  • Phone and email support during process
